We are Growth Mindset Wellness PC
Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Do you put your needs at the bottom of the to-do list? Do you wonder if life should feel somehow better? Happier? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers and their lives. Pushing away your needs and not taking time for yourself can lead to long-term issues for your mind and body. We believe it shouldn’t be so hard to live a better life.
Promoting Growth and Well-being Through Empowered Mental Health Care
Growth Mindset Wellness P.C. was born from a deep-seated desire to address the gaps in traditional mental health care. Recognizing that medication alone often falls short in fostering lasting change, our founders sought to integrate a comprehensive approach that combines pharmacological interventions with evidence-based therapies and a growth-oriented mindset. Our practice is committed to serving individuals of all age groups, from children to seniors, because we understand that mental health knows no bounds of age. Whether you’re a teenager struggling with anxiety, an adult managing depression, or a senior navigating the complexities of aging, we’re here to support you on your journey toward mental wellness.
At Growth Mindset Wellness P.C., our vision extends beyond symptom management; we aspire to catalyze profound shifts in mindset that pave the way for enduring change. We believe that by fostering a growth mindset—one that embraces challenges, learns from setbacks, and believes in the power of effort and resilience—we can empower individuals to not only manage their symptoms but to thrive in all aspects of life.
Central to our approach is the integration of medication management with therapeutic interventions designed to cultivate a growth mindset. Through personalized treatment plans, compassionate care, and ongoing support, we aim to equip our clients with the tools they need to overcome obstacles, navigate life’s transitions, and unleash their full potential.
At Growth Mindset Wellness P.C., we’re more than just a mental health practice—we’re a community dedicated to transforming lives, one mindset at a time. Join us on this journey toward growth, resilience, and well-being.
We are client-focused, breaking barriers using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Restructuring
Behavior Modification
Collaborative Approach
Cognitive-behavioral therapy stresses the role of thinking in how we feel and what we do. It is based on the belief that thoughts, rather than people or events, cause our negative feelings. The therapist assists the client in identifying, testing the reality of, and correcting dysfunctional beliefs underlying his or her thinking. The therapist then helps the client modify those thoughts and the behaviors that flow from them. CBT is a structured collaboration between therapist and client and often calls for homework assignments. CBT has been clinically proven to help clients in a relatively short amount of time with a wide range of disorders, including depression and anxiety.
